Recyclable and green materials
Our packaging is made from expanded polyethylene and bubble film, 100% recyclable and produced from ethylene.
This choice allows us to ensure protection and reliability with an eye on the planet.
Waste recovery
Since 2019, we have invested in technologies to transform production waste into materials ready for recycling, minimizing waste.
This approach not only improves production efficiency, but also significantly reduces our environmental impact.
Transparency and information for proper disposal
Uberls strictly follows European environmental labeling regulations.
Each product is identified with material composition and recycling claims, ensuring customers have clear information for responsible disposal.
Environmental labeling of packaging
On September 11, 2020, Legislative Decree No. 3 of September 3, 2020, was published in the Official Gazette. 116, which transposes EU Directive 2018/851 on waste, and Directive (EU) 2018/852 on packaging and packaging waste, and requires that all packaging be “appropriately labeled in accordance with the modalities established by the applicable UNI technical standards and in accordance with the determinations adopted by the Commission of the European Union, in order to facilitate the collection, reuse, recovery and recycling of packaging, as well as to give correct information to consumers on the final destinations of packaging. Producers are, in addition, obliged to indicate, for the purpose of packaging identification and classification, the nature of the packaging materials used, based on Commission Decision 97/129/EC.”
UBER LS s.r.l., during 2021, appropriately supported by CONAI supports, has taken steps to add in the label of its products applied to the OUTSIDE of each individual package the environmental labeling wording related to the material of which the product is composed (see Commission Decision 97/129/EC) and the indication that the product is 100% recyclable in PLASTIC collection.
